The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/accessories.
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-returnable items: Digital products, custom-made goods, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you prefer store credit or an alternative refund method, please inform us during the return request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:

4. Return Shipping Responsibilities
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs.
For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
